Just wanted to be sure everyone had seen the stuff I added to the home page about the tarpon fishing clinic in the keys. Check out this link if you haven't. It looks really cool which is why I got Reel-Time involved. Dave Kreshpane, a well-known guide and author is hosting 8 anglers in March.
March?? you say?? Here's the scoop: Capt. Dave has figured out a really dependable fishery for what they call "baby" tarpon -- up t0 about 60 lb.s. Even on your fist trip, you'll have a chance at jumping and leadering a few 'poons on every day. It's a great way to learn without blowing the $$$ on three trips before you finally hook up.
