I don't know about the land bank, but there has been a small parking area that
provides access to Dogfish bar for a number of years. One or two cars at best,
maybe three. The only reason I found the area was because a friend of mine
played pool with a landowner in that area and he was kind enough to tell us
where the parking spot was. I know how to drive in and park, but could not
describe the location in a sufficient manner so that you would be able to find
it. Also the same year all the no parking signs went up on Lobsterville Beach
was the same year the indians settled their suit with the feds. Correct me if
I am wrong, but I believe when the indians assumed control of Lobsterville they
prohibited parking all along the beach, with the exception of the four or five
spaces which are located just as you bear to the right at the bottom of the
hill right at the beach. The local officers never bother anyone that I have
ever seen.Have a nice day everyone. Frank O'R
