I'm heading to the bvi's next week to sail around the islands in search of line stripers. I have heard Anegada is a good source for pond held tarpon and has a number of flats on the leeward shore. Can anyone share experiences? What flies have produced well this time of year? Do you have to pick up a permit (license)? Can't wait!
