If you read the brochure carefully, you'll see they bill it as "a new show at an old location." It's not the "national fly fishing show" you probably remember from the same location. They moved down to Providence last season and I haven't heard a word from them since.

They've got a couple of saltwater seminars that will be worth the time. John Pirie has two, one on NC Albies and one on Bass, blues and sharks (don't have the brochure here so I could be wrong). John gives the best seminars I've seen other than maybe SWS. Ed Mitchell is doing his reading the beaches thing again, then there is a Gartside tying thing and a George Roberts casting demo. otherwise it seemed to be heavily weighted in "fly fishing in Bora Bora for extinct species" seminars, which are a big yawn for me unless Lefty's doing them.

Lots of trout in Montana, lotsa Delaware River watershed, nymphing, etc., which is of interest to us trout fishermen, but useless to the exclusive saltwater fly fisherman.

Still, it beats polishing the reels, again.
