Geez, Mike. I was trying not to be smug, but you've dragged it out of me. I was in fact kinda proud of myself for being able to fish it. Being left handed, the NW howler meant casting at the bank and using a backhand sidearm cast that rolled out inside out. Still, once I got line out I could keep contact with the fly fairly well.

I'm sure that there are no more big fish there or anywhere else in the ocean. Still, the sight of a fly line wired into the curl of a breaker by the pull of a bass is just freakin' magical.
