Having read some of the posts about fly fishing from a kayak I am planning on building one during the third term at my school. We have selected a CLC design called "Mill Creek" it is 15 ft. and has multi chines. The beam is 29" and the cockpit area is approx. 5ft. What I am looking for are some suggestions before we undertake this project. When you fish is there something that you might do to change the current design of the craft you use or is there something that you really like about your current kayak. I still need to research some designs but I think we will be going this route.. Thank you Dave
