Well Josko you really did it now! If you used the line sprayed with silicone in saltwater and then touched it without a glove on ... your fingers will start to get scales and after 2 weeks gills will appear where contact was made with the line!!!
Just Kidding... It works great if u use the right stuff. Check out blakemores reel and line lube. Saw Jimmy Huston use it on TV.. ordered some and it worked great. I think it is silicone but I believe it is food grade! I have not had a problem from using it. (Except for the gills)
