11/2 Neoprene Waders and Salt Water

A quick question for all of you surf waders out there,

I'm just about to get my first pair of neoprene waders, and was wondering if there is anything I should keep in mind when using them in salt water. I'll rinse them out in fresh after each use, but are there any other tips to keep them in good shape????
