I never ever wear waders in the boat. can you say fall overboat and drown?
Mine leak; I got 4 hard years out of them and when I fish from beach and jetty I fish them hard. Even with all my boat fishing I'm still in my waders at least once or twice a week during the height of boat season and like this weekend, 4-6 hours a day during spring and fall.
I got my money's worth ;-)
