Sir: Are you the gentleman who travels from somewhere mid state MA or NH to fish PI NWR? (reference Kay's, Surfland?)if so, you may want to try (of all things) WAL-MART, in Seabrook, NH, as a second resource. Tackle dept. is most often worth puttering through. Have most standard salt plugs, divers, terminal equipment, hooks, rods, reels, etc., just don't look for much in the way of fly tackle, and prices aren't bad. It's not on the beach - it's on Lafayette Road, which is just off the highway (RTE. 95, exit 1, right at top of ramp to right at lights, to left at lights into shopping center. FWIW, so the rest of the readers aren't offended, Surfland is handy, stocked, etc., just not always open. (BTW,who COULD be expected to stay out there, in the bleak passage to nowhere (wind blowing, sand shifting, five different kinds of weather almost every time you go-no greenheads this time of year, thank GOD!) except certain diehards and their suppliers. WAL-MART is just a little farther up the
road, not terribly inconvenient. Again, Kay Moulton's place is just fine as a first resource.
