Sorry I really fouled it up. Here it all is: Address Oliver H. Stedman Government Center,Tower Hill Rd. Wakefield, RI. 02879, tel.401-222-2476 equipment needed: (a)shovel(heavy-duty or military entrenchment tool) (b) tow rope or chain(15 feet, load strength of 1,800 lbs., chain size 5/16") (c) jack and support stand (minimum 18" x 18" x 5/8", plywood) (d) street legal tires (4-ply tread, 2-ply sidewalls) - snow or mud tires are not recommended; (e) spare tire; (f) low-pressure tire gauge (0-20 lbs); (g) first aid kit; (h) fire extinguisher (approved by Coast Guard or Interstate Commerce Commission); (i) appropriate emerggency signal devices and/or two way radio; (j) flashlight. All permit applicants shall exhibit proof of current insurance coverage. All documentation and registration necessary for operation on the public highways of this state. The hours the government center is open is:8:30 am to 3:30pm. I hope this helps. Art B.
