For the past 7 nights there has been fishing like you cant believe! Fish close to 50 pounds, as long as surf stays down the fish will remain there. Saw reeltimer John Hol. almost get pulled to Portugal, he was releasing a big bass with his eel about 5 feet in the surf.. you guessed it fish grabs it and takes off.. How big was that one john? looked over 40. (pounds). Anyway its worth the ride.. so long as wind is in the west direction they should stay? Good luck.. but be prepared.. last Sunday a guy got so excited he caught a nice fish went back to parking lot, which is up a good sized dune and ended up DEAD! 37 yrs. old heart attack! Fish was still flopping in the lot!
