10-30 I fished some rocks off of Minots. We did OK but no keepers. At the end of the day
we fished a spot that allways holds strippers - but not even a strike. As I looked
around I saw what the problem was---Harbor Seals. Has anyone else experienced
this before? I've noticed that when the seals make their appearence in a spot thats
the end of fishing for the season.
Strippers must be a meal fit for a seal.
