High tide on the flats off of Kingston...first cast of the day...28 incher. He (or she) slammed a small 2" ray's fly. Caught several more ( 16 - 22" range) before moving on. The bay is packed with bait. There were a variety of species. I actually caught what looked like a 4" codfish. The water was full of them. I have been having consistent action for the past week on all tides. Anybody up for fishing on Friday morning? Send me an e-mail. Peter
