9/2-Cows near Castle Island/Pleasure Bay??

I hear rumors of large stripers being caught (NFF or FF I don't know)in the Castle
Island/Pleasure Bay area. Can anyone confirm? I'm going to hit both sides of high
tide at 9pm 9/3.
