Bob..there's a decent ramp in N.Weymouth off Rte. 3A. 15-20 mins to the harbor islands. Coming south on 3A turn left at the lights where you see a Dunkin Donuts on your right. Ramp is 1/4 mile down the road on your right. I'm sure there are others north of Weymouth, I just don't know where they are.
