I've got a newspaper photograph from the January 29, 1998 Warwick (RI) Beacon of the Rhody Flatwing - but it didn't give the recipe.
The article does refer to a Fly Tying Video featuring Bill Peabody giving instruction on this, and other, patterns. At the time the
video was available from "The Saltwater Edge Fly Shop", 559 Thames St., Newport, RI 02840. (401)842-0062.
No, I don't have anything to do with the shop.

If anyone has any further info, I would also like to get the recipe.
