I think Ray is a sometime reel-time type.
General word about southern tip of Plum Island is west side is good on outgoing.
east side is good at early incoming. Flats are good at lowest incoming or
outgoing. For night fishing you have to go before sunset to get through the
gates. Even if you go on off tide and off time, it is a lovely place to fish.
