13' whaler is about as much as ockway bay can handle at dead low tide. Getting from the ramp out to Poppy Bay is about a mile run over a 2' deep mud flat, at high tide its a 4' deep bay and OK. You can make it; you just have to tilt your engine up and go slowly.
You can also launch at Mashpee Neck off QUina-something-I-cant-spell road is on the Mashpee River and has deeper water.
