Sorry, Larry. Last time I did that Allen's Pond walk was in 1990 or so. Didn't
seem that far then, but it would probably feel like 2 miles now! ;-). Nifty
spot though.
I was also at the Coles around 7:30 PM Sunday evening. Nice outgoing rip, but stiff
cold wind in the face. Tried flies and swimming plugs with no success either.
I can tell it's been fishing slow there, because both times I've been there I've
had the place to myself.
