Nice freind! It's a great freshwater rod, trout ponds, smallmouth bass etc - as well as a fun
schoolie rod. High quality stuff too.

Make sure you rinse everything off after each striper trip, and avoid hitting the blank with flies
(particularly weighted flies like clousers). Open the loop up or sidearm it to keep that nasty rod
splitter away from the somewhat brittle high-mod IMX rod.

The Lamson LP2 has a train-stopper drag and plenty of backing but I'd stay away from slammer blues
just the same.
