Uhhh, couple of points I want to make:
1. Is, " Fly Fishing Network," a Reel-Time Sponsor?
2. Their official purchase policy is, " All Sales Final." Make sure you order something you need, 'cause you ain't getting your money back for it.
3. At a 20% discount from list, this is a, " Profit Company," not a public service, kind of like BJ's wholesale club. Also note that you don't actually get the discount now, you pay full price, then get, " Bonus Points," towards your next purchase. These are redeemable as long as they are in business.
4. I used to get spam e-mail from Alan Liu. I suspect he posted this link to his website himself. I also suspect that this is a, " Garage Business," rather than a full-time retail business, as there is no real information about a retail address.
5. Reel-Time is supported in it's entirety by advertisers, many of whom sell things like Lamson Reels. If you find a great deal on something and want to let your buddies know about it, maybe you should consider e-mailing them directly. If you are going to post a link to a retail concern, you should use your name and e-mail address.
I bear Alan Liu no ill-will, and wish him luck. But if he wants to advertise on Reel-Time, he should pay like everyone else.
Of course, then, he'd have to raise his prices.....
Me, I'd rather buy it from Juro, or Old Salt, or Mike at M & D.
But maybe that's just me.
