To Bob G.: I'll use it in the Canal early and late in the season, Scituate beaches and The Glades, when I can't each them with a flyrod, and eeling at Point Allerton and maybe Hull Gut, if it's not too crowded.
Peter S.: What the hell is Texas style? Do you soak 'em in hot sauce, or do you have to get drunk first? Maybe both???
Adam: I found that if I take a little weight off of the squid pattern you gave me, I can cast it with the surf rod just fine<G> ( Best squid pattern you'll ever see, too!) Probably cast my 5/0 clousers okay also.
Sully: You think this is a lot of stuff? Wait 'till you see Rocky's gear list. He's gonna' need a bigger boat just to haul all the rods without exceeding the manufacturers recommended weight limit.
BTW Is my reel supposed to make a sound like, " Gravel in a tin can," when I cast??? Does anyone know how to lube a Daiwa Sealine??? If I take off the endplates will metal parts spring across the room??? It's been in the basement for about five years, but was only used for one season...
Thanks Guys,
Jay
