Just spent the winter preping, sanding and painting my 17 foot fiberglass saltwater boat...
used epoxy/fiberglass for major problems, and 3M Spot filler for scratches...
Hull Paint was Petit PolyPoxy...a 2 part epoxy...for trailerable boats (not
anti-fouling) and for decks (over gelcoat) used Petits EasyPoxy...had hull
sprayed for me ($400 at a marina)...and did deck by hand with brush and small roller
...looks great...will see how wears soon!...but cheap...which was my primary
objective
