Haven't fished it lately, but let me/us know how you make out. Sounds like there
is a bit more bait showing in the area, from what I've heard. Also don't know
what the mung situation is like out there. You may have to move about a bit to find
a weed free area.
May skip the Canal this week (wait for the new moon tide) and head for one
of the outer beaches myself.
