10/11 How Do I Use These Rubber Thingies?

I'm heading to South Cape in the pre-dawn hours tomorrow.

I got some 6" green Sluggos, and some black " Sparkly," over white " Bass Assasins."

Can anyone tell me how to rig and use these, before I head out at 3:00 AM?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
