Of all times for my Ross Gunison G 5 reel to cause me grief.I had finally done it. Hooked an Albacore from shore. The fish took at least 400 ' of line and backing. Several runs later I had the fly line on the reel. The fish was making shorter charges. My reel locked up. I was horrified to see a loop of line outside the housing. I couldn't take in or give out line. In desperation, I loosened the spool enough to tuck in the line. It worked. Anyone else have this problem? Solutions? Much obliged. Ted Rzepski
