Re: Bad Luck Boating

Dale,
At least the boat is foamed filled. As far as weight in the rear. There is only
the battery and occasionally a fisherman. I am very conscientious(sp) about
weight distribution in the boat. I am always telling people stand here, sit there.
Maybe it is a pet peave, but I can't stand it when the boat leans just a bit.
With the Lema, I have noticed the scuppers are below the water line. Not above,
not half way, but below the water line. Sure, I can put those transom mount
scupper plugs (the ones with golf balls) on, but I don't think I should have to.
We have called the manufacturer (Larry Lema himself) and he has had this one time before.
Had to put the bow 45 degrees in the air to drain the water from all the voids
in the foam. My question is why should there be voids in the foam? I have
foamed boats before and never had voids.
Anyway, thanks for your input

Kyle
