Interestingly enough it is more difficult to learn to cast with a shooting head system than with a full line.
Several casting instructors have conveyed this to me. Chip would not sell a SH to a customer until he was satified that he was a proficient caster.
Jeff Smith told me that it was difficult to teach beginners to cast with SH's and changed to full lines.
Probably, if Rocky can cast only 35', he needs competitant instruction more than a shooting head.
