Anyone who fishes the Refuge know when they open the entrance gate in the
morning? I arrived at PI hoping to fish the area, only to find the gates closed.
This was about 4:15 AM.
P.S. Last year they seemed to leave them open round-the-clock in the fall. Maybe
it's a security measure this year.
