I haven't hit Plum Island the past month due to crowds...However I hit So.
Maine from York to K'Port all this past week (see posting which is archived
from 8/18) Early AM @Parsons Beach regardless of tides (it will be incoming Sat. AM)
seems to be the most productive. I had no problem parking in the early AM
or around dusk (thank god since there is limited parking!) Fly-fishing seems
the best bet, I still cast out bait and kastmaster's myself. I will master
the fine art of Flyfishing one of these days...There were plenty of schoolies
popping the surface on the backside point, not much bird action however my
favorite harbor seals made their daily appearance indicating they were catching
