Mike there is still mung on nauset, but u can find areas to fish, coast guard has been pretty good, pretty much any ocean beach has some fish, yesterday in Cape Cod bay it was all the fish u wanted most of the charter people got tired of catching fish. I fished tonite, there was alot of mung, but as the tide started to come in it would move, so u never no, high water around midnite, the inlet is always good on the turn, if u get lower water after dark fish from coast guard north, the beaches in wellfleet, and truro, cant say what is going on in the day, except for alot of people on the beach. If u fly fish there is alot of small sand eels around now, if u fish at night use as big a fly as u can throw, something that will push water, if its two weedy and u dont want to fish eels, try a needle fish plug. Good luck! Keep your rod tip up high and dont let it sink and u can get thru alot of the weed! Looks like its starting to die out, it has changed from that icky red color to a dark brow
