If you are fishing from shore, you can find fish at Weekapaug, Quonny, Charlestown, and Point Judith Jetties. I have even seen the fish within easy casting range from shore near Watch Hill and along Misquamicut Beach in the mornings before all the beachgoers show up. You can launch a boat from Quonny pond or near Charlestown Breachway. You could also launch from Barn Island Boat launch in Connecticut for access to the Watch Hill Reefs. There are lots of options and these general locations should cover the basics. For the more adventuresome, there have been reports of bluefin tuna of fly-rod size to be found between Point Judith and Block Island. Good Luck
