I've been in the store on 28 in Orleans every time time I'm on the cape and find that they have an outstanding selection of just about everything, including tying materials. They are always courteous and free with information, unlike that (unnamed) place in Harwich Commons on 39. I was in there in '97 in October after a week on the vinnyard. After spending $60 on materials i asked if there was any local action and where to go. i was told that there was indeed some good fishing to be had and that I could go "anywhere". When pressed to more specific information all I got was "all over" and similar vagaries. Needless to say that store does not get my bussiness any longer. Mostly it's mail order now or Allan liu's Fly fishing Network web site. When will these retail guys wake up?
