Maryland Changes Regs to Increase Striper Harvest

As I've mentioned before, while Mass, Maine and RI anglers are trying to conserve striped bass, the Maryland DNR has changed regulations to more fully harvest their allotment. They have pushed in the past to decrease the NE allotment in favor of an increase in Delmarva allotments. This is one reason our managers do not favor further conservation measures. They have to look at it from a "use it or lose it perspective."
