I saw some of that video before it was released and it's very well done. I took a lesson from George right after I started and it was probably the smartest move I've made and IMHO, money well spent. The man can teach and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the tape with one caveat.. just watching the tape will probably not dramatically improve your casting, improvement and/or retooling of mechanical faults in your casting stroke will require you to do the drills and practice. To me, the drills are building blocks which when perfected, form the basis for technically sound casting. I like the idea of building a casting motion in which I understand what is happening and why. This I hope will allow me to diagnose and correct faults by returning to the drills. I never expected this to happen, but at this early stage in my FF development the pleasure of casting and trying to perfect it has become just as important and as much fun as catching fish. I'll be spending some time with George this sp

tune-up. BTW guys, he has a female student who just started FF, (I believe last spring)and threw a fly 70' at the show! Oh yeah..one handed!! :-)
