I just go by Lefty's instructions: 5 turns for 8# to 12# and 4 turns for 15# to
20#. Your comments do make me wonder if I need to do one extra turn because of
the thinner diameter of the flourocarbon. I'll experiment with it, although my
previous attempts worked very well with Lefty's original instructions.
