There is a Brayton Pt in MT Hope Bay - could this be the area you are asking
about? It is located in Swansea on the western side of the I-195 Bragga Bridge.
The power plant sits on Brayton Pt. If this is the area you are looking for,
I think the only way to fish this is by boat. There is a tremendous outflow
from the powerplant at this point which alot of people fish. My wife's family
owns property on Mt Hope Bay(Kickemuit River) and I have fished this point with
limited success. I also fish Westport alot and I'm not aware of a Brayton Pt
in that area. Hope this helps.
