The only Brayton Point I know of is the power plant discharge in Fall River.
My understanding is that access is difficult, not physically but permission-wise.
But it's a nice spot if you can get in. Most people fish it from boats.
My suggestion is to call a local Fall River tackle shop, like Bucko's, and see
whether they know anything about access, if any.
