Unbelievable bluefish action yesterday way up in the bay. There had to be a school of blues a mile long from Warwick light to Quonsett Point from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. What Fun! 8-12lb fish were hitting everything we put in the water. Wanted to throw out the flyrod but the SW wind would have blown me into the numerous sandbars & shoals in no time, no matter we had all we could handle trolling just 2 rods and getting doubles almost every pass.
