Started walking from "church" to jetty and back around 1:45 p.m. Saw 2 very fast mini-blitzes....my old legs couldn't catch up in time for a cast or two. I did manage to catch 5 small schoolies in an hour and a half, nothing over 20". Strong off shore breeze made casting simple...nothing like a stiff breeze at your back to really let things fly. Lots of gannets bombimg water, frequently 5 and 6 at a time about 300-400 yards out, just south of the mouth of the Merrimack.
