I guess you are the lucky one. we were out off Nantucket and chatham Saturday and I have to say it was the worst fishing day of my whole year. And, we checked out more spots than we ever have. The fish have moved out. There were no bass in the usual rips. Oh,yes, there was an occasional blue of about three pounds, (must be lost) but it was depressing. I guess Rhode Island or perhaps Montauk but in my opinion the Cape is dead. Frankly, though i may be hitting the wrong spots in Fall, My fall fishing never measured up. I have had fantastic summer fishing that has never been one upped in the Fall. I think everybody has this fall migration thing wrong!
