Saw the same thing at the Scusset jetty today, monday afternoon. DUMB bastard leaving a blue in the rocks to die. I hope the next one rips a 4' gash in his leg and he bleeds out. I would not help him. Many of us complained last year and all I can tell you is that it is not the regulars making the mess, it is the idiots in the spring and fall. It really is disgusting. I came close to knocking this guys teeth out this afternoon but figured it would not be worth the fine.
