Larry Et Al As you know, I'm not a ff but back when I used on average about 30 Bucktail jigs a season and thought that God made the winter so we could tie new bucktails and rebuild plugs, re-wrap rods etc,etc. I would strip the used jigs and re-tie them and re-paint etc. I had a source for long lengths of plastic wrap and would make individual packets , one jig per packet, and carried eight or ten in the boat with the 'back=up' supply in the tackle house. If the blues showed up I would move off the rip to save tackle. chet
