Awesome!!! Further proof that the fall season in RI is "World Class"! After seeing the number of fishermen who have passed through the Westerly-Charleston area in the past week,
it got me thinking of all the revenue generated by the rebound of the inshore fishery. It is hard to believe hidebound politicians remain in the back pocket of commercial interests.
Game fish status for bass AND blues, as well as restricted fisheries for bunker and herring would benifit many small towns and cities as well as individual small business people
who get little or nothing from commercial revinue. Sorry, that's just how I feel.
