Fished the canal pre-dawn today between about 3 and 6am. Only had my old rod but was into non-stop action with fish in to the mid-30's. I missed many fish but in fairness I had not used this rod in at least 15 years. All the other reports seem to be pointing in this same direction, that the fish are heading into the ditch now. We should see some real cows over the next 10-14 days.
