I could swear that a recent UFT Newsletter described the new membership policy and that they were changing the dues from 4 issues of the magazine to yearly. The reason it sticks in my memory is that when I did the math and factored in the cost of membership (I think it was going way up)I saw no advantage to being a member than simply paying the guest fee. This assumes that they keep publishing the RoundTable at the rate of once every year or so. Without a doubt, any UFT meeting will give you a chance to see the greatest collection of flytyers under one roof and all willing to share their expertise. You need to be prepared for the crowd... so get their early.
