Oooops, sorry!
You can achieve the same effect with more versatility if you try a shooting head setup. My first line is intermediate, but use a shooting heads on my spare spool (floating head for long range popper work or fast sinking for deep water, etc). As a rule of thumb, I would go two line weights higher with 30ft head or one higher with 38ft (Orvis) heads.
