How were you fishing the bass assasin and slug o.
I've tried the 9" fin-s and slugo in the canal and
havn't done well. Are you fishing it like a leadhead
jig? Throughing up current letting it sink and then
jigging? What type of rod action are you using?
When have they been picking up? During the drop
or rise? What tides seemed best? low ,high, middle.
When were you fishing these baits? During the turns. The current really
gets moving about 1 1/2 hours after the turn making fishing lures difficult.
