Interesting report about the bass assassins. My buddies keep telling
me to quit using hard baits, but I have a lot of fun with a little yo-zuri.
I was at about pole 60 saturday morning at about 6AM. Got there late with a
little hangover. Caught 7 clones about 20 inches long between 6 and 7, then
totally dried up. Saw some fish breaking out in the middle, but couldn't reach
them with my little half ounce swimmer. I thought about trying a jig, but left
them all in the car.
Saw some 8 to 10 lb blues in somebody's bicycle basket.
Enough to keep me coming back.
